There is lots of buzz about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its impact on the HR field. The presentation will not only define AI and provide examples of how various AI programs and solutions are being used by HR professionals, but also and discuss legal problems that have arisen due to such use and how to avoid such problems minimize liability and bad PR in the future.
