Kristin Robertson

Kristin Robertson is known as the Happy Mondays Coach. She ensures that your employees are excited to come to work on Monday mornings. With over 12 years of leadership coaching experience, her clients have achieved successes such as promotions to dream jobs, breaking the glass ceiling, building great cultures through improved leadership skills and improving team performance. Her latest book, called Your Company Culture Ecosystem, guides leaders in growing vibrant organizational cultures. Ms. Robertson is on the faculty of University of Texas at Dallas, where she teaches organizational leadership. She is the 2019 President-Elect of the International Coach Federation – North Texas chapter, where she previously served for two years as the Programs Chair. Previously, she held numerous executive positions at Advent Software and Fidelity Investments. She is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach and conducts organizational culture audits using instruments from Human Synergetics.

Mike Caracalas

Mike Caracalas is an Executive Leadership Coach with over 25 years developing corporate leaders. After working internally for 18 years at companies such as Sun Microsystems and Yum! Brands, Mike made the leap to private practice in 2011, where he’s focused on coaching corporate executives to become leaders of people. He holds the Professional Certified Coach credential (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is President of the ICF North Texas chapter. In 2018, Mike published his first book, Corporate Life Is Hell: How to Liberate the Leader Within You and Be Happy in Your Career. The premise of the book is that when we fail to be the leader we are capable of being, our experience in the corporate world can be negative, but if we show up as leaders, connect with the people around us, and take responsibility for our experience, we become far more powerful.
