Kelly Simants, SHRM-SCP has over 20 years of experience in the human resources field, with a true passion for people. She is currently a Senior Human Resources Consultant with Nevada HR Team. Prior to consulting, she was the Vice President of HR for the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Director of HR for Starbucks, and held various HR generalist roles with Accenture, WatchGuard Technologies, and HomeStreet Bank. Kelly also trained and consulted with small businesses around the country as co-owner of Sage Wedding Pros, helping entrepreneurs write strategic business plans and create innovative human resources strategies. She has successfully implemented flexible work options in a variety of workplaces, including manufacturing and office environments. Kelly obtained her B.A., Business Administration from the University of Washington, with concentrations in HR and marketing.
