Jeff became the youngest VP Account Director ever at $1B ad agency Leo Burnett, earning seven national EFFIE Awards. He was Marketing/ Creative Director for the Houston Rockets; VP Marketing for Four Hands, a three-time Inc 500 Fastest Growing company; Director of L&D/Program Developer for JB Training Solutions; Owner of The Arrangement high end retail chain. He speaks regularly at national SHRM Talent Management and Leadership Development, PIHRA, ATD and numerous regional conferences. Jeff coaches managers and HR professionals at companies such as Marriott, Phillips 66, Allianz, Eli Lilly and the IPG and Publicis ad agency groups.
