Debi Dault

Debi Dault, CRP, GPHR, SHRM-SCP is the President and CEO of Dault Global Solutions. Her experience includes leading key initiatives including mergers & acquisitions, greenfield operations, people strategy, talent development, and more. In her role as Director Global HR Services, she worked with many different industries with all levels of global operations. From start-ups to mature operations, she has worked with business leaders to solve problems and impact talent management. In Debi’s work, she has worked with high potential employees leaving their beloved home country and moving to a new and unfamiliar country. Her understanding of various cultures, laws and immigration requirements enabled her to provide insight and assist the transferring employees to a successful transition. Debi is also a volunteer leader for SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management). She is the past Director of Texas SHRM and is the current Conference Director for the Texas SHRM Global HR Conference.
