Marla Storm leads HR for Boeing Global Services Supply Chain. She is responsible for business enabling workforce initiatives including change management, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. She is the HR leader for multiple business integrations, including the KLX Aerospace business acquired by Boeing in 2018 for $4.25B, the company’s largest acquisition since McDonnell Douglas. Marla previously worked at McKesson Corporation as an HR leader in multiple businesses including U.S. Pharmaceutical and Imaging & Workflow Solutions, the company’s global technology business, where she was responsible for leading both the HR Business Partner team and global HR operations. She was part of the enterprise HR transformation, helping design and implement the service delivery model and develop the approach to expand to global HR service delivery. Marla holds a BA in Business Administration from Drury University and an MBA from Baylor University.
