Together at Home: Strategies for Families Navigating COVID19

Frequent business travelers often report that relationship challenges are most common when they return home and the family adjusts to living together again. Because of COVID-19, families around the globe are spending weeks together at home while also dealing with the stressors of job insecurity, distance learning, working from home, and the uncertainties and anxieties that come with this new “normal”. As a licensed mental health professional, I will share strategies to help you and your employees navigate this new level of togetherness.

•            Gain an understanding of ambiguous loss and how it impacts our emotions and behaviors.

•            Utilize stress reduction techniques to help reduce feelings of anxiety.

•            Identify resources to support employees in resilience building and stress management.
